Setting up your voicemail

Dial 866.998.4835 from any telephone. 

1. When prompted for your account code, dial 10127013.

2. You will then hear "Please enter your mailbox number". Dial the mailbox number you wish to access and enter your password when prompted.

3. Follow the voice prompts to either check your voicemail, change your voicemail greeting or several other options.

To change your voicemail greeting:

From the main menu press 0 for options.
Then press 1 to record your unavailable greeting.
The only greeting that will be used is your unavailable greeting.

Listen for additional prompts to review and save message options.
